Earth Day Fun at The Children's Museum of the Upstate!

All programs are included with admission and free to members.

Join TCMU in celebrating Earth Day on Saturday, April 25. Enjoy a weather presentation with the WYFF Weather Team, create an up-cycled art collage, visit the worm farm, or participate in a recycled fashion show or recycling relay race!

Earth Day Line-Up
Story Time & More - Earth Day Extravaganza: 10am, 11am, 1pm - Ages 5 and under.  Read an Earth Day related book and make a fun, eco-friendly craft.

Drama Time - Super Kids Save the World: 11am & 2pm - All ages. Help us celebrate Earth by using your drama skills to become a superhero and act out scenes where super kids save the world by learning to reduce, reuse and recycle.

Off the Wall - Recycled Outfits: All Day. Make recycled outfits today by reusing art materials! Children can make bracelets, hats and more to celebrate Earth Day. Wear your final product around the museum for everyone to see.

On The Floor Demos:
All day - all ages. Come learn about pollution, what a potato clock is, and see a real worm farm!

Special Event:
1pm - All ages. WYFF Weather will also be doing a 30 minute presentation with experiments about the weather at 1pm in Be Anything place. Free with admission.

Outside Activities:
 Recycling Relay Race.

From making pledges to how you can take care of the earth more to watching a recycled fashion show, Earth Day at TCMU is packed with fun!
