Cheddar Cheese Crisps

This morning Parker and I made cheese crisps and she loved them. They are very simple and you know exactly what is going into the snack you are feeding your kids!

Cheddar Cheese Crisps
Recipe from Shelf Reliance’s Thrive Cookbook
Serves 8          
Prep Time: 10 min                      
Total Time: 25 min

Ingredients:
1 ¼ cup Thrive Whole Wheat or White Flour
½ cup Thrive Cheese Blend
1/8 tsp Thrive Baking Soda
¼ tsp thrive Iodized Salt
3 tbs vegetable oil
½ cup water

Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 350F. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, cheese powder, baking soda, and salt. Slowly add oil until mixture is crumbly. Add the water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the dough comes together. 
2.Roll out dough on a well floured surface; about ¼ inch thick. Transfer to a greased baking sheet. Divide dough into small squares with a large knife or pizza cutter. Prick the tops of each square and sprinkle with salt.
3.Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool before removing crackers from sheet pan.
