Our Culinary Director, Craig Kuhn, takes his knives very seriously. He’s a collector, and one of his signature kitchen moves is chopping herbs with a giant cleaver. But have you gotten serious about your kitchen knives yet? Does your current set need to be on the proverbial chopping block?
